DARA’s goal is to carry out utilisation focused and transformative evaluations that guide aid policies and interventions.  Our evaluations are designed to improve results and increase impact as well to promote learning and accountability by offering practical guidance.

DARA has an international and experienced staff with expertise in our core evaluation areas. We also draw on our network of highly skilled associates and recognised consultants from around the world. The organisation has designed and conducted policy and operational evaluations in more than 40 countries.

In its work, DARA always identifies the most appropriate methods and approaches to apply, and, when necessary, can develop innovative ones, notably within the field of real-time and system-wide evaluations.

At every stage, key stakeholders are involved and engaged through consultative and participatory approaches to ensure relevance of the evaluation to their needs.
