FRIDE – the Foundation for International Relations and Foreign Dialogue (Fundación para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Diálogo Exterior) is an independent, non-profit think tank. ALNAP – Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action was established in 1997, following the multi-agency evaluation of the Rwanda genocide.
