DARA evaluates and studies a variety of development and humanitarian instruments and interventions including policies, strategies, budget support, programmes and projects.
DARA conducts ex-ante, mid-term and ex-post evaluations, always taking all stakeholders into account in its evaluations.
DARA also works on organisational performance and capacity building, promoting results oriented management and evaluation culture, within the frame of quality assurance systems.
DARA's organisational and institutional capabilities allow for quick, flexible and efficient responses to the needs that may arise in a wide range of sectors in the humanitarian action and development fields.
