Greece obtains the last place in this year’s ranking. Its performance is uniformly poor across all pillars. It obtains the lowest score of any country for just under half of all the variables (44 per cent) that make up the HRI and is among the lowest five countries for over 85 per cent of the variables. It is therefore difficult to speak of strengths in its humanitarian aid delivery or to highlight particular weaknesses.
