Final stretch of the development of the HRI 2008. Interview with Silvia Hidalgo, Director of DARA
With the completion of the field missions, the HRI 2008 moves forward to the last stage. Now is the time to analyse the data collected in the eleven assessed crises, meet with headquarters of humanitarian organisations and donor agencies to finalise what will be the second edition of this instrument proposed by DARA.
